By Branden Jackson

16. 2020 Forward  6'7" 215 lbs Jalen Brattain Seminole (TX)

• The big feature forward for Seminole has a very high IQ and is coming off a State tournament appearance last season. Seminole has played a tough schedule this year and is primed for another run at State. Brattain can score from the block, shoot from the outside and also is a great offensive rebounder. He's is one of the best 2020 bigs in Texas

17. 2021 Point Guard 6' 2" 170 lbs Zhuric Phelps Midland (TX)/Lee

• "Zee" Phelps has been a steady performer for the Rebels this year and he has great numbers across the board. He's averaging 14 points/6.7 assists per game. He is great on the defensive end and will be one to watch as he moves up in class and gains more experience.

18. Chris Blair Forward  6'9" 205 lbs     Monahans (TX)

• Chris shows a high level of skill on the block. He can run the floor and finish above the rim. He has been a constant performer in a tough district. He is good for a double-double most nights.

19. 2020 6' 2" 195 lbs  Combo  Noble Robinson Wolfforth (TX)/Frenship

• Robinson can play both guard spots and has been one of the better scorers in all of West Texas. He can get to the rim and has a nice pull up jumper. Frenship is currently fighting for a playoff spot in a tough district which features Amarillo Tascosa and Odessa Permian.

20. 2022  Guard 6' 4" 185 lbs  Brendan Hauser Amarillo (TX)

• Hauser can flat out shoot the ball!  He also has great feet when coming off pindowns/flares and curls. He executes a nice one dribble pull up with either hand. With experience, he’ll be one of the best recruits in the state.

21. 2019 Shooting Guard 6'2"  190 lbs  Donald Young Lubbock (TX)/Estacato

*Young can score from all three levels but is very streaky from 3  He can burn the other team in just a few possessions. He should be District MVP this year He's sure to continue developing under veteran Coach Tony Wagner.
