NCAA Tournament: Round of 64 (Thursday)

The NCAA Tournament is a cruel mistress.  One minutes she's seducing you in, and then in a matter of a few key seconds, it's all gone.  You're sitting there wondering what happened as she leaves with another who's been courting her.

And that's how it was for the Oklahoma Sooners.  Their one and done PG Trae Young almost pulled off the magic but it's all about making shots and what the unsung heroes can do.  It was Rhode Island's day as they won it in overtime 83-78.

I'm really proud of the two D1 Nation juniors who suit up for the Sooners.  Next year there won't be a Trae Young and the scoring burden and leadership will fall squarely on the shoulders of Rashard Odomes (Copperas Cove, TX) and Jamuni McNeace (Allen, TX).

Odomes finished with 4 points/6 rebounds/3 assists, while McNeace had a double double performance with 14 points/10 assists.  Get back in the lab and weight room and I'll see ya'll next year guys
