A year ago, Zach Lee was a 6'7"senior (Albuquerque, NM/El Dorado) who was a late academic qualifier. He received a handful of D1 offers late, but decided that a year at a prep school would be a great ecxperience where he'd develop his skill set, work on his body and broaden his game.
He and his family made an excellent choice in attending Elev8 Sports Instutute (Delray Beach, FL). Unlike most prep experiences, Elev8 (founded by NBA Skils Trainer, Ganon Baker) foocused on skill development as well as an aggressive, challenging schedule of opponents as a post graduate player.
Lee has tightened up his academics, extended the range on his shot, beefed up and is now able to take his defender off the bounce and create his own shot. Zach is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Melvin Lee of Albuquerque, NM
As you can see from the video below, Lee is extremely explosive and can defend out to the three point line. His bounce and length also makes him a force as a shot blocker on the defensive end and a tough matchup down low on smaller, less phyical defenders. He has about 15 D1 offers and will be on display with his AAU team, Danny Granger D1 Ambassadors. They will play during the April 25-27th NCAA Live Period at the Mile High Classic in Denver, CO. The schedule is as follows:
Ideally, Lee would preferto play in the WAC (where he'd be a steal) or the Mountain West in some proximity to his parents' Albuquerque home. For a more in depth evaluation call Coach Max Ivany @ 512-791-5455
