D1 Nation Alumni In The Postseason

03/19/2019, 10:45pm CDT
By Max Ivany

The 2019 NCAA basketball postseason is upon us.  Most people fail to grasp how difficult it is to get an opportunity to play after the regular season.  Power conferences receive at large bids, but most other conferences are one bid affairs.

I'd like to congratulate the D1 Nation Alumni who are still lacing them up in the NCAA, NIT, CBI and CIT Tournaments.  Best of luck to the 13 members of our program who have earned this honor this year.

It was 11 years ago that I had the pleasure and felt the excitement of watching my son's team, the South Alabama Jaguars play in the South Regional in Birmingham, Alabama. I hope all our families feel the same excitement.. Good luck-Coach Max Ivany
